這是由heneghan peng事務所設計的亞洲文化綜合體項目方案，項目開始于轉變和過渡，它是一個鏈接點，一頁新篇章，也是一個記憶的空間。項目由兩個城市規(guī)模的禮堂劇院組成，它們連接在既有的建筑之中，之間貫穿新的城市會議廳，公園及交織的公共空間。這些互動的空間位于持續(xù)的綠色平地之上，它們呈現(xiàn)出多元性，交互性及凝聚性。
The project begins at a point of change and transition, a hinge, a point of departure: a space of remembrance. A new Urban Forum, a Park, interlinked Spaces of Gathering are formed by two Urban Amphi-theatres hinged around the existing memorial buildings. Formed by continuous plains of green, these are spaces of exchange structured by diversity, interaction and cohesion.
